In addition to our custom coolant hoses with unique shapes and coloring we also produce standard blue Silicone/Polyester hoses that perfectly meet the criteria of SAE J20 R1 Class A. Depending on the specific pressure requirements of industrial environments our hoses’ thickness can be increased or decreased by changing the number of Polyester fabric layers in the hose.
Our hoses have been intensively tested for 6 years by Erik Hugyecz professional motocross racer both in European and Hungarian Championships. He won the Hungarian championship two times. SIC chose motocross industry for testing because it has the highest RPM ranges, high engine heat and very intense movement of parts. This was an important part of our research and development cycle.

We use uniquely designed raw materials to reach highest resistance possible against anti-freeze coolants – mainly used in automotive industry. With SIC’s powerful and extra-long-living silicone radiator hoses you can avoid expensive failures that would occur in case of using average blue coolant hoses.
At SIC’s rubber factory, a wide range of quality marine hoses are manufactured for marine applications as well. We always make sure, each of our straight, elbow and bellow hoses meet SAE J2006 R3 requirements. To make our hoses perfectly resistant against extreme heat up to 260 degrees we reinforce silicon hoses with 4-6 plies of Meta-aramid. We produce hoses for marine applications with high attention on mechanical effect on rubber equipment caused by the movements of ships.
Our high-end turbo hoses are made of FKM fluorocarbon or FVMQ fluoro-silicone transferring high-pressure air. We have various automotive companies among our clientele using SIC’s strong and pressure-resistant silicone turbo hoses for decades.
Several industries require flexible yet strong spiral silicone hoses. Bending radius increases exceedingly when our high-quality spiral hoses are reinforced with a 1,2 mm thick metal fiber, making hoses flexible – even up to 160 degrees – and super-strong at the same time.
Our ‘Organic-Acid-Technology’ hoses are designed to resist extended life anti-freeze coolants containing sebacate or 2-ethylhexanoic acid. In this case, standard blue coolants hoses will fail to provide the necessary protection. Our OAT hoses are available in 3 different models: Silicone Bolt, EPDM+ and Silicone Bolt+. We recommend the 4-ply reinforced Silicone Bolt with a temperature range of -50°C to +215°C for gases that permeate the silicone liner and damage polyester fabrics. In case of potassium/sodium 2-ethylhexanoic acid presence in the coolant, our EPDM+ hose with a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C is an ideal choice with a special grade of EPDM reinforced with 1-ply Aramid. Silicone Bolt+ hoses are manufactured with an impermeable inner liner that withstand the harshest gases and chemicals that could otherwise permeate a silicone liner. This hose has a temperature range of -25°C to 225°C.
