General application

At SIC, food transmission hoses are produced from silicon cured with platinum catalyzer. It results a unique compound with no chemical interaction with food components, which is outstandingly valuable for food industries. Our food grade silicones’ quality is proven by FDA certificate.

Our food grade silicone hoses have good resistance against weather, extreme heat, ozone and UV lays in addition to properties like flexibility and more. Both the structure and the compound of our food grade hoses are made specifically for use with foods. To make it withstand different pressure levels and a temperature range between -50 °C and 180 °C we use polyester reinforcements.
